Job Description

Your Best Management Group is a well-established and successful property management company that operates under the umbrella of Bigelow Holding Companies, which includes the renowned Budget Suites of America brand. With a solid reputation in the apartment rental industry, this property management group is renowned for offering excellent career opportunities with competitive benefits and a supportive work environment. The company is committed to providing a healthy work-life balance for its employees, with a five-day work week and excellent salary packages. They prioritize employee satisfaction by offering paid vacations starting from the first year, increasing progressively with years of service, along with paid holidays. Additionally, they provide a 401(k) plan with a company match of 3%, ensuring long-term financial security for their staff.

The company is currently seeking seasoned restaurant managers who have extensive experience managing fast-paced, multi-restaurant environments and are looking to transition into the property management and apartment rental business. These roles are based in the Phoenix area and include positions such as Assistant Manager, Manager, and Manager-in-Training (MIT). These positions offer a unique opportunity to leverage your management skills in a new industry that promises steady income, professional growth, and a better quality of life compared to the demanding schedule of restaurant management.

In the role of General Manager or related positions, you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from maintaining prospect traffic and rental data to leasing and rent collections. The position requires a hands-on approach with daily property tours, active engagement with residents, and oversight of staff to ensure apartments and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for following up on delinquent rent payments by pursuing collection processes and working closely with eviction agencies when necessary. This role demands a customer service focus, with high standards of integrity and professionalism at all times. You will act as a representative of management during their absence and participate in ongoing training to support your success.

This is an ideal opportunity for restaurant managers who seek stability, competitive compensation, and a more balanced work schedule. The company offers a collaborative team environment where your leadership and communication skills will be highly valued and rewarded. By joining Your Best Management Group, you will be stepping into a role that not only advances your career but also enriches your personal life. The position offers competitive wages and the chance to work with a reputable company committed to employee development, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
