Known for its exceptional food quality, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to guest satisfaction, P.F. Chang's has established itself as a leader in the hospitality industry. The company fosters a culture where teamwork, innovation, and professional growth are highly valued, providing employees with opportunities to develop their skills within a supportive community. With a strong emphasis on delivering memorable dining experiences, P.F. Chang's continues to expand its footprint by opening new locations and promoting from within to build strong leadership teams.

We are currently hiring for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager position, offering a competitive annual pay range between $85,000 and $105,000 based on experience. This role is pivotal in driving the overall success of the restaurant by leading the team towards operational excellence and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a guest-centric mindset, and the ability to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. The Operating Partner will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while implementing innovative strategies to increase revenue and improve overall guest satisfaction.

This role demands a strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop the management team through comprehensive training programs and hands-on mentorship. The Operating Partner will manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial oversight such as profit and loss control, inventory management, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA targets. By leveraging local market knowledge, the Operating Partner will directly engage with guests to ensure exceptional experiences and identify opportunities to boost sales.

Beyond operational responsibilities, the Operating Partner will foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members. The role includes inspiring a collaborative team environment, coaching employees on upselling techniques, and taking ownership to drive long-term growth of the restaurant. The role requires flexibility and occasional travel between restaurant locations, as well as a valid driver's license to support operational needs like catering delivery and supply runs.

P.F. Chang's offers extensive benefits to support its employees, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, competitive bonuses tied to performance, paid management training programs, employee referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, paid holidays on major dates like Thanksgiving and Christmas, and financial assistance through the Lucky Cat Fund during hardships. Working at P.F. Chang's is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a passionate community committed to celebrating life, family, and food. This role offers an exciting career path for dedicated hospitality professionals eager to grow with a respected brand.
