The company is currently hiring a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager, offering a competitive pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, dependent on experience. This pivotal leadership role is designed for a dynamic, results-oriented professional passionate about hospitality and guest service excellence. The Operating Partner acts as a key leader within the restaurant, guiding teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales growth through innovative strategies and operational excellence. As an Operating Partner, you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of integrity and innovation while ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards for quality and service. Your focus will be guest-centric, engaging directly with customers to create memorable experiences that exceed expectations. This interaction, along with leveraging local market knowledge, will be essential for enhancing revenue opportunities and business performance. Additionally, you will drive incremental sales by coaching team members on upselling techniques and business development.
