Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
- Exempt management position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven success in sales building, profit and loss management, recruiting, and training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in hiring and retaining team members effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServeSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to navigate and resolve employee and customer issues
- Demonstrated capability in team building and motivation
Job Duties

- Oversee entire restaurant operations ensuring high quality food and friendly customer service
- Build and lead a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards
- Manage scheduling and deployment to optimize team effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain point of sale system accuracy and report technical issues
- Handle customer complaints with a sincere and solution-oriented approach
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans
- Control labor costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability
- Conduct new hire orientations and training programs
- Promote a positive and safe work environment
- Utilize P&L statements for financial adjustments
- Foster a culture of recognition and continuous improvement
- Provide career guidance and development opportunities for team members
