Established in 1999 by Greg Flynn, the company has grown to become the largest franchise operator globally. In 2013, Flynn Group expanded its Taco Bell operations by acquiring 76 restaurants, tripling in size to become the third largest Taco Bell franchisee worldwide. The company prides itself on fostering an encouraging and inclusive work environment where every employee's ideas and contributions are valued, reflecting its core values: Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One. These guiding principles underpin Flynn Group's mission to be the premier operator within each of its brands, striving for excellence in all areas of their operations.
The position of Restaurant General Manager at this Taco Bell franchise represents a significant leadership opportunity within a multi-million dollar business. In this role, you will hold total operational and financial responsibility for the Taco Bell location you manage. The role demands a leader who can inspire their team to 'Live Mas' every day while maintaining operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead by example, fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere and ensuring that employees are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with Taco Bell's high standards. Your ability to respond swiftly and effectively to guest needs and complaints is essential to maintaining customer loyalty and a strong community presence. The role comes with competitive pay, paid vacation, free meals with every shift, company-matched 401(k), healthcare options, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Flynn Group’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and accommodating employees with disabilities makes this an excellent role for leaders dedicated to excellence and team development in a vibrant restaurant environment.
