Located at 122 E. Exchange Ave., Suite #160, Fort Worth, TX 76164, the 1269 SS - TX - Stockyards location is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead their team. This position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work with one of the most compelling brands in fast-casual dining. As part of the #ShackFam, the General Manager will be instrumental in shaping guest experiences, coaching and developing staff, managing operations, and upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality.

The role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple operational facets such as inventory control, compliance with health and safety regulations, financial management, and team leadership. The General Manager will be responsible for driving sales and profitability while fostering an inclusive, positive work environment. They will also be tasked with promoting the Shake Shack brand locally, engaging with the community, and implementing corporate policies to maintain high standards of excellence.

This role is best suited for candidates with a minimum of three years of restaurant general management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food preparation, sanitation, and financial oversight. A food handler certification is preferred along with the flexibility to work varied hours.
