Job Description

Team Lyders Payroll Inc is a leading franchisee that proudly operates over 200 Taco Bell locations across Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Illinois. As a dedicated franchisee, Team Lyders focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a positive and empowering work culture. With a strong foothold in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, the company is committed to operational excellence, ensuring each restaurant serves its community with high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Team Lyders values leadership that inspires growth, nurtures talent, and drives performance to meet and exceed company goals. As a part of their mission, the organization fosters a vibrant environment where team members can grow and successfully contribute towards the brand's ongoing legacy and community impact.

As a Restaurant General Manager at Team Lyders, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of our Taco Bell restaurants, adhering to strict brand standards and company policies. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will set the tone for operational success, cultivate a motivated and high-performing team, and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Your role encompasses the full spectrum of restaurant management, including recruitment, training, daily operations, financial oversight, and maintaining safety and health standards.

You will be responsible for building team capability by leading with purpose, resolving conflicts effectively, and driving results through your staff. A key aspect of your leadership will be coaching and mentoring managers and team members, providing clear direction and regular performance feedback. As a culture champion, you will exemplify Team Lyders’ core values and principles, fostering a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for both customers and employees.

Your operational duties will include overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions such as labor scheduling, food supply management, and maintenance of quality and cleanliness standards. Ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience through timely execution of corporate and local initiatives is vital, as is utilizing customer feedback to continually elevate service quality. Financial management is a critical component of your role, where you will manage profit and loss through diligent cash controls, inventory management, and labor optimization.

Additionally, you will develop and execute restaurant-specific annual operating plans, monitor sales and operational performance against targets, and sustain facilities and equipment through preventative maintenance programs. This position demands a proactive leader with a passion for excellence in operational speed, food quality, and customer service. You will need to be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and extended hours, working approximately 50 hours per week.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for leaders who are energetic and dynamic to make a meaningful impact in a growing brand with a strong presence in the Midwestern U.S. If you are committed to leading with integrity, developing teams, and driving business success, a career with Team Lyders as a Restaurant General Manager offers rewarding challenges and development opportunities in the fast-paced QSR industry.
