Job Requirements
- No formal education requirements
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles preferred
- Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must meet minimum age requirements for employment

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and team performance
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to build community presence and grow sales
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented team members and restaurant leaders
- Build a positive restaurant culture through coaching and team-first leadership
- Ensure food quality, safety, and brand standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory, sales forecasting, and labor scheduling to maximize profitability
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Partner with District Manager on staffing, training, and performance goals
