We are currently hiring a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join one of our dynamic teams. This leadership role is critical in driving the operational excellence of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding experience while maintaining profitability and growth. With an annual pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, this position offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Operating Partner will demonstrate a passion for hospitality and leadership, combining strategic thinking with hands-on management to cultivate a high-performing team.

The role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and team development. The Operating Partner will be responsible for creating and sustaining a guest-centric environment, leveraging market knowledge to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a valid driver’s license as some duties will involve off-site responsibilities including shift coverage, delivery of large catering orders, and participation in local marketing activities. Expertise in managing inventory, controlling costs, and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) and corporate software systems are essential to meet operational objectives effectively. Candidates with a background in casual or upscale dining, hospitality or business degrees, and culinary experience are highly encouraged to apply.
