We are hiring immediately for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager position, offering a competitive pay range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience. This role is integral to the success of the restaurant, focusing on leadership, business growth, and guest-centric hospitality. The Operating Partner will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the management team, and ensure a culture that promotes innovation, teamwork, and exceptional service. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a strong business acumen who can drive sales growth, manage financial performance, and foster an ownership mindset among team members.

The Operating Partner will demonstrate a deep passion for hospitality, engaging actively with guests to create a welcoming and personalized dining atmosphere. They will utilize local market knowledge to identify sales opportunities and implement effective strategies to boost revenue. Leadership involves inspiring and motivating the entire team, conducting coaching and performance reviews, and overseeing management training to develop future leaders within the company. This position demands strong operational expertise, including managing inventory, cost control, and financial responsibilities such as profit and loss analysis. A valid driver’s license is required to support occasional duties like shift coverage, catering deliveries, supply runs, and local marketing efforts. Additionally, proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, and third-party delivery and reservation platforms is essential. Preferred candidates have hospitality or business degrees, experience in casual or upscale dining, and culinary or kitchen management skills.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience
  • prior experience as a general manager
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • proficiency in POS systems and corporate software
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen management experience preferred
