We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the success and growth of our restaurant by driving exceptional guest experiences, leading operational excellence, and fostering an engaged team culture. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities will extend to financial oversight, including managing inventory, controlling costs, analyzing profit and loss statements, and leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA targets to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will champion initiatives that simplify processes while enhancing effectiveness to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and profitable.

The Operating Partner must possess a valid driver's license to support operational needs such as shift coverage, liquor license compliance, catering delivery, supply runs, marketing activities, offsite training, and meetings.
