We are currently hiring for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager position with a competitive pay range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience. This leadership role demands a passionate, results-driven individual dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales growth. As an Operating Partner, you will have a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant, combining your expertise in hospitality management with strategic business acumen to lead your team toward excellence. This position places a strong emphasis on creating a welcoming guest environment, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and innovation, and achieving operational targets including key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA goals.

In this role, you will serve as a leader who inspires and motivates your team, ensuring they receive proper training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maximize their potential. You will take full ownership of restaurant operations, promoting financial discipline and a proactive approach to managing costs, inventory, and overall performance. Your ability to use data and insights from POS systems, inventory platforms, and corporate software will enable continuous improvement and responsiveness to evolving market trends.
