The position available is for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager role. Candidates must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably with recent experience as a General Manager. A valid driver's license is essential for supporting restaurant logistics and fulfilling duties that may include shift coverage, catering order deliveries, supply runs, and offsite business meetings. Strong leadership skills, enthusiasm for guest service excellence, and a proven track record in sales growth and team development are crucial for success. Familiarity with POS and corporate software systems, as well as third-party delivery and reservation platforms, will enable effective day-to-day operations management.
