Job Duties
- Lead restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
- Recruit, train, and develop shift supervisors and team members
- Control labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Complete accurate reports including sales, inventory, and cash handling
- Ensure exceptional guest service and address feedback
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- Communicate daily with Area Coach
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and performance reviews
- Implement marketing promotions
- Maintain compliance with KFC and health standards
- Drive upselling initiatives to increase sales
