Job Description

Twin Peaks is a dynamic, full-service restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences. Established as a leader in the casual dining industry, Twin Peaks prides itself on delivering not only scratch-made food and cold 29-degree beer but also a unique hospitality experience led by its engaging and attractive Twin Peaks Girls. With a focus on quality, brand consistency, and customer satisfaction, Twin Peaks operates high-volume restaurants that require strong leadership, meticulous operational management, and a commitment to fostering a fun and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team and lead one of our busy Twin Peaks locations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and bonuses, along with extensive training opportunities, paid time off, and comprehensive medical and dental benefits. The role demands a skilled leader with 3 to 5 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants who can maintain the high standards Twin Peaks sets for food quality, service, and hospitality.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including shift management, scheduling, and maintaining product quality and cleanliness. They will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees while motivating and coaching staff to consistently deliver top-tier service. This includes handling guest complaints professionally to turn dissatisfaction into customer loyalty, ensuring the kitchen staff adheres to sanitation standards and product quality, and proactively recruiting team members who embody the Twin Peaks brand image.

In addition, the General Manager will manage the financial health of the restaurant by overseeing payroll, invoicing, inventory control, and minimizing waste through portion control. They will collaborate with corporate staff to optimize supply purchasing and coordinate local marketing efforts in conjunction with food, drink, and merchandise promotions. Maintaining compliance with company policies, health regulations, and legal requirements is also an essential part of this leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of restaurant operations, excellent communication skills (with Spanish proficiency considered a plus), and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, noisy environment. They must be able to effectively lead a diverse team, including assistant managers, kitchen staff, and Twin Peaks Girls, fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and negative attitudes. The General Manager sets the professional tone through their own appearance and behavior and is dedicated to making Twin Peaks the premier restaurant of its class nationally.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and supervises managers and full restaurant staff. Work involves exposure to kitchen fumes and chemicals and requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds safely, and visual acuity for close and peripheral vision tasks.

Overall, the Twin Peaks General Manager role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a passionate leader looking to advance their career in hospitality management at a well-established and energetic restaurant brand that values quality, entertainment, and customer satisfaction.
