The position available is a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager role, offering a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience. The Operating Partner will be responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and marketing initiatives.
