The role of General Manager at Border Foods is pivotal in executing the company’s mission to improve the lives of employees and guests by creating positive and impactful life experiences. As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with the complete operation of the restaurant, responsible for leading a cohesive and motivated team dedicated to delivering great food along with a friendly and memorable customer experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience
- Experience with sales building, P&L, recruiting, and training
- Proven hiring and retention success
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with additional hours as needed
- ServeSafe Certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
