The General Manager role at Border Cafe is a full-time, in-person position located in Saugus, MA. Offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, this position is ideal for dynamic leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. The role is designed for experienced operational leaders who possess hands-on expertise in casual dining, preferably at the General Manager or Senior Manager level. The General Manager will oversee both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to maintain the highest standards in food quality, service, and facility management.

In addition to managing day-to-day restaurant operations, the General Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talented hourly and management staff. They will play a pivotal role in coaching and leading the team to drive performance, maintaining a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and grooming future leaders early. Managing the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) and driving profitability through effective operational strategies are also key responsibilities.
