The role of General Manager at Border Cafe is a full-time position based in Saugus, MA, offering an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000. This role is ideal for experienced operational leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume dining environments and who have a natural aptitude for leading teams. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent adherence to established food quality, service, and facility standards, recruiting and developing talent, and maintaining profitability through effective management of the restaurant's financial performance. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in building a strong leadership pipeline by coaching and mentoring future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving team performance.
