Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Checks product quality and communicates with customers
- Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conducts meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and review of operations
- Develops and maintains an acceptable level of sales
- Utilizes local store marketing
- Monitors utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyzes Profit and Loss statements and takes corrective actions
- Controls restaurant inventory through an established system
- Uses company-approved labor guidelines and posts labor schedules
- Manages restaurant cash control and makes daily bank deposits
- Ensures accidents and incidents are reported timely
- Maintains safe work environment and adheres to health department standards
- Keeps District Manager informed of hiring, promotions, and payroll processing
- Conducts performance reviews and documents disciplinary actions
- Utilizes preventive maintenance system for building and equipment
- Attends meetings scheduled by District Manager
- Performs all required administrative paperwork
