The General Manager position at Border Foods represents a pivotal leadership role responsible for a full scope of restaurant operations in Hugo, MN. Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with additional hours as needed
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

- Schedule employees and deploy the team correctly according to business needs

- Ensure customer satisfaction by driving fast and friendly service and handling complaints effectively
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and legal standards including point of sale system accuracy and cash handling procedures
