Renowned for creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy high-quality meals and exceptional service, P.F. Chang's has built a reputation as a leader in casual upscale dining. The company is committed to fostering a strong culture centered on integrity, innovation, and a passion for hospitality. With locations spread across various markets, P.F. Chang's continuously seeks talented, motivated individuals to join their team and contribute to the brand's lasting success and customer satisfaction.
We are currently hiring for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager, a key leadership role within P.F. Chang's restaurant operations. This position offers a competitive pay range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience. The Operating Partner is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining high standards of quality and service while fostering a team-oriented and guest-centric culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, possess a strong business acumen, and have the ability to lead and develop a team to meet and exceed performance goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, professional development, and the chance to make a significant impact on the restaurant and its community.
As the Operating Partner, you will lead the restaurant with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and innovation. You will drive the success of the restaurant by implementing effective sales strategies, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA targets to measure progress and success. You’ll mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your leadership will ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, maintaining the highest culinary and hospitality standards expected by P.F. Chang's guests.
Beyond daily operations, you will be deeply engaged with the community and guests to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and enhances brand loyalty. Your understanding of the local market will be essential in developing and implementing targeted marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring the restaurant remains competitive and appealing in its region.
P.F. Chang's supports its leadership team with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and performance-based bonuses. Employees also benefit from paid management training programs, referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, and supportive community funds such as the Lucky Cat Fund to assist during hardships. The company values its team and promotes from within, ensuring there are clear paths for advancement and personal development.
This role requires a valid driver’s license to support operational duties such as providing shift coverage, attending offsite meetings, and managing catering deliveries. Candidates with prior general management experience in the hospitality industry, a passion for guest service, and strong leadership skills are highly encouraged to apply. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where excellence in service and innovation are recognized and rewarded, P.F. Chang's invites you to join their dynamic leadership team and be part of a company dedicated to celebrating life, family, and food.
