We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at one of our bustling locations. This role is critical in maintaining our brand’s reputation for excellence. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operation including staff hiring, training, and development, ensuring top-notch food quality and service standards, managing financial performance, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary range from $50,000 to $55,000 annually with performance-based bonuses up to $18,000 per year, reflecting the importance we place on leadership and operational success.
