The Restaurant General Manager position at Team Lyders is a hands-on leadership role that involves managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure profitability and outstanding customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual who can inspire and lead a motivated team, setting a tone of success and fostering a culture aligned with Team Lyders' core values. As General Manager, you will be accountable for building people capability by recruiting, training, and mentoring managers and team members, ensuring clear communication, and providing performance feedback. Your leadership will directly influence operational outcomes including labor scheduling, supply and inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. You will also play a crucial role in resolving customer issues and using insights to continuously improve the guest experience.

Financial accountability is a key aspect of this role, which involves managing profit and loss, optimizing labor, controlling cash, and maintaining equipment and facilities through preventative maintenance. Additionally, you will develop and implement Annual Operating Plans tailored to your restaurant’s objectives, aiming to drive sales growth and maximize profitability. This position demands a considerable dedication of time, including working evenings, weekends, and extended shifts to meet operational needs. Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • proficiency in basic business math and computer literacy
