We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and elevating the high standards our customers expect. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a talented team to ensuring financial profitability. This leadership position involves guiding a team through hiring, training, and continuous development to build a motivated and skilled workforce. You will also play an essential role in driving guest satisfaction by maintaining superior food quality and service standards.

In addition to people management, you will handle the financial aspects of the restaurant, including reviewing sales data, managing costs, and implementing strategies to increase profits. Your oversight will extend to kitchen management where you will ensure that food safety, inventory control, and quality standards are strictly maintained. Operational responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant remains clean, safe, and prepared for smooth daily functions. This role demands flexibility, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to uphold and surpass operational standards.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between $50,000 and $55,000 with additional performance-based bonuses up to $18,000 annually.
