Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- willingness to travel for training with mileage hotel and meal per diem provided
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- must have a strong work ethic
