The role available is for a Restaurant General Manager who will be integral in sustaining Shake Shack’s reputation for hospitality excellence and operational success. As a pivotal leader, the Restaurant General Manager will oversee all facets of the restaurant’s operations, from leading and developing the team to ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards. This leadership position demands an individual who is passionate about hospitality, motivated to drive financial performance, and dedicated to nurturing a positive, productive workplace. The General Manager will be entrusted with managing budgets, payroll, and scheduling, while also fostering a community-oriented atmosphere by promoting the brand locally. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
  • strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
  • minimum 3 years of p&L responsibilities
  • food handler certification, preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
