Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1+ years experience as Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to maintain integrity and uphold company standards
- Business acumen to manage a $1MM+ restaurant
- Competitive drive to constantly improve
Job Qualifications

- Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred
- 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts
