Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
  • 1+ years experience as Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to maintain integrity and uphold company standards
  • Business acumen to manage a $1MM+ restaurant
  • Competitive drive to constantly improve

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred
  • 1+ years experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed
