The role being offered is that of an Operating Partner, also known as a Restaurant General Manager. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the financial health and operational success of the Wendy's restaurant. The Operating Partner is the engine of the company, ensuring a consistently positive guest experience while leading and developing their team. This role requires a high-energy, results-driven individual who is adept at managing fast-paced environments and making decisive decisions. Operating Partners work closely with restaurant managers and crew members to maintain business procedures and guidelines effectively.

The position demands strong leadership qualities, the ability to build effective relationships quickly, and the motivation to take absolute ownership of performance outcomes. Those in this role must be accountable, customer-focused, and capable of influencing and developing team members to reach their fullest potential. Due to the nature of Wendy's as a franchise operation, compensation, benefits, and career growth programs can vary and are determined independently by the franchise owner. Located at 1820 S.W. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • Ability to lead, influence and develop team members
  • Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused team player
  • Ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance and take absolute ownership
  • High energy and ability to react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive as needed
  • Ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members and keep them updated on all business procedures and guidelines
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
