The role being offered is that of an Operating Partner, also known as a Restaurant General Manager. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the financial health and operational success of the Wendy's restaurant. The Operating Partner is the engine of the company, ensuring a consistently positive guest experience while leading and developing their team. This role requires a high-energy, results-driven individual who is adept at managing fast-paced environments and making decisive decisions. Operating Partners work closely with restaurant managers and crew members to maintain business procedures and guidelines effectively.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- Ability to lead, influence and develop team members
- Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused team player
- Ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance and take absolute ownership
- High energy and ability to react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive as needed
- Ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members and keep them updated on all business procedures and guidelines
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
