The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Church's Chicken is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the comprehensive management of a single restaurant location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- must pass background check with no felony convictions
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle administrative tasks and paperwork
- excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge or passion for the restaurant business
- prior exposure to labor cost reporting and operating statements
- basic PC skills including email and typing
- strong integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- effective team leadership and communication skills
