Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Ability to create a great workplace culture for the team
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a positive attitude
  • Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
  • Vision for the perfect restaurant and ability to lead team
  • High standards for self and team
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and fast-paced work environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Awareness that franchised or licensed locations may have different requirements

Job Duties
