We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our dedicated team, with a competitive pay range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience. This role is pivotal in driving both sales growth and operational excellence within our restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience through innovative leadership and a strong focus on service quality. As an Operating Partner, you will be responsible for steering the restaurant's trajectory toward long-term success by implementing effective business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and supporting the growth and development of your team.
