Working in this role entails familiarity with various types of culinary and restaurant equipment such as fryers, flat-top grills, thermalizers, freezers, and cash registers, as well as drive-thru communication systems. The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor conditions with potential exposure to temperature extremes and physical demands including lifting, standing, and repetitive movements. Candidates for this position must be prepared for a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant setting requiring flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.

This position requires candidates to possess at least a high school diploma or GED, with a university degree preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a related field. A valid Serv Safe certification and a working knowledge of profit and loss statements, basic math, and computer skills are essential. Job Duties

  • Work the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers
  • Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
  • Conduct team and management meetings for planning, training, and policy review
  • Develop and maintain sales and utilize local store marketing
