The position of Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's is a full-time, salaried role with a competitive pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is pivotal in driving the restaurant’s success by leading the team to deliver exceptional hospitality, strong sales growth, and operational excellence. As an Operating Partner, you will be responsible for setting high standards of integrity, professionalism, and service while motivating and coaching your management team and staff. Your leadership will influence all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, team development, and market responsiveness. The Operating Partner role demands a proactive, results-oriented leader who is passionate about hospitality and adept at fostering a supportive, guest-centric culture.

In this role, you will utilize your deep understanding of the local market to implement innovative sales strategies and maintain superior quality and service standards. Job Requirements

  • Requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control (P&L)
  • General systems proficiency in POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license to support operational duties
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
  • Success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations (P&L)
  • Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
