Reporting to the Area Coach and overseeing Restaurant Team Members along with Shift Leads, this non-exempt, hourly position plays a crucial part in delivering superior customer service and operational efficiency. The Restaurant Leader earns an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, reflecting the importance of their leadership in the daily restaurant activities.
