The role of Restaurant Leader at Alvarado Restaurant Nation is essential in upholding the business's esteemed reputation by ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly. Reporting to the Area Coach and overseeing Restaurant Team Members along with Shift Leads, this non-exempt, hourly position plays a crucial part in delivering superior customer service and operational efficiency. The Restaurant Leader earns an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, reflecting the importance of their leadership in the daily restaurant activities. The primary mission of this role is to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining rigorous standards in product quality, service speed, and overall cleanliness. Additionally, the Restaurant Leader is responsible for projecting a professional image through their personal demeanor as well as that of their team.

This leadership position is designed for dynamic individuals who demonstrate principled leadership, sound business ethics, and the ability to foster a customer-focused atmosphere within the restaurant. The Restaurant Leader actively interacts with customers, addressing their needs proactively to continuously improve the dining experience.
