As a Restaurant General Manager at Habit Burger & Grill, you will play a crucial leadership role overseeing daily operations to ensure business success and guest satisfaction. In this full-time leadership position, you will coordinate the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, handle recruitment and onboarding, and oversee training and development. Job Requirements
- 2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
- food manager certification and/or ServSafe manager certificate required
- ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
- ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and training

Job Duties
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of FOH and BOH team members
- conduct and supervise the training and development of FOH and BOH team members
- uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring standard operational procedures are followed for consistent delivery of quality food items
- communicate, train and coach team members and shift leaders on all changes or new procedures, processes, products, promotions, or equipment introduced to the restaurant
- conduct succession planning 1-on-1s with designated team members
- ensure team members comply with all established standards, including personal safety, food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform
- manage daily operations of a restaurant shift
