The role of Restaurant General Manager at Seattle Tacoma International Airport presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned food service professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing all front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Effective organizational maturity and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis will be critical for success. The General Manager must excel in interpersonal communication, comfortably interacting with executives, union representatives, and a diverse team of hourly employees. The role also requires strong conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
