Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
strong leadership skills with a track record of building successful teams
excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
knowledge of health and safety regulations
proficiency with restaurant management software
