The position is for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), a pivotal leadership role tasked with overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. As the RGM, you will lead a dynamic team, personally recruiting and mentoring top-performing team members and shift leaders to ensure the highest levels of service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and conducting thorough employee orientations to build a skilled and cohesive team prepared for success. You will develop and implement a robust training plan, mentor assistant managers and shift leads, and champion continuous learning and development initiatives. Recognizing and rewarding exceptional team member performance will serve as a core part of your leadership approach, fostering a culture rooted in equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Conflict resolution and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere are essential duties, as is engaging directly with customers to promptly address and resolve any issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also manage scheduling strategically, optimize service levels by coaching the management team on operational standards, and lead important product rollout meetings to maintain consistency and innovation within the restaurant. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
