Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • ability to lead, influence and develop team members
  • natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
  • self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused team player
  • ability to hold self accountable for performance and take absolute ownership
  • high energy and ability to react quickly and decisively with self-confidence
  • ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members and keep them current on procedures and guidelines
  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • valid drivers license
  • must be able to pass a background check
