Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- ability to lead, influence and develop team members
- natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
- self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused team player
- ability to hold self accountable for performance and take absolute ownership
- high energy and ability to react quickly and decisively with self-confidence
- ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members and keep them current on procedures and guidelines
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- valid drivers license
- must be able to pass a background check
