The role of the Restaurant General Manager at KFC is pivotal to the success of each store. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
  • Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
  • Engage with customers to quickly resolve issues and ensure positive experiences
  • Strategically schedule staff and coach management on brand standards
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to maximize profitability
