Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial management and inventory control
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Proven restaurant management experience

- Knowledge of inventory processes counting and analysis
- Schedule writing sales forecasting and hourly wage and labor management

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring excellence in food quality service and cleanliness
- Manage labor food costs inventory and overall financial performance
- Monitor KPIs including sales payroll and operational efficiency
- Hire train coach and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
- Oversee cash handling budgeting and reporting
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
- Maintain compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
- Support local marketing and promotional initiatives
- Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team
