Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
- Develop and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve conflicts
- Engage with customers and resolve issues
- Strategically schedule staff and coach management on CHAMPS standards
- Analyze financial performance and manage budget
- Lead product rollout meetings
- Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
