You will use your strong analytical skills to monitor labor and product costs, optimize operational processes, and implement effective marketing efforts. Preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility upkeep also falls under the General Manager’s purview, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and guests.

This employment opportunity is suited for candidates with prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably with direct profit and loss responsibility. Preferred candidates are those with a high school diploma or GED, although a college or university degree is advantageous. The role is physically demanding and involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items regularly, highlighting the need for a hands-on manager who leads by example.
