Job Requirements
- Follow procedures for operating restaurant equipment such as fryers and ovens
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- knowledge of and compliance with company human resources policies
- adherence to company and city/state/federal safety requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- college or university degree preferred
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail environment
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- exceptional team building capabilities
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- basic personal computer literacy
- dedication to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations and profit management
- maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by engaging with guests
- actively participate in guest service and relations, monitor employee appearance and conduct
- control day-to-day operations including labor and product cost tracking, ordering supplies, and inventory management
- recruit, train, motivate, and manage hourly employees and managers
- maintain preventative maintenance program and perform minor repairs
- prepare reports and utilize financial projection and cash control techniques
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety regulations, and company policies
