The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at KFC is pivotal to the success of the restaurant and the brand's ongoing reputation for excellent customer service and operational excellence. As an RGM, you are entrusted with full ownership of daily restaurant operations including financial management, team leadership, customer experience, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with at least three years in restaurant or retail management, proven skills in people development and team coaching, and the ability to use P&L analysis to drive profitability. Familiarity with digital platforms, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of food safety and maintenance programs are required. Candidates must also have ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S.
