Job Requirements
- Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment such as fryers and ovens
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry items up to 30 feet
- Knowledge of and compliance with company human resources policies and processes
- Adherence to company and city/state/United States safety requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by spending time interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu items availability
- Take an active role in guest service and relations, monitor employee appearance, courtesy and suggestive selling techniques, and participate in marketing efforts
- Control day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs to meet targets, order supplies, maintain inventory, control waste, plan work schedules, and follow procedures for product handling
- Maintain productivity through effective recruiting, training and motivation of hourly employees
- Operate routine preventative maintenance program, check and make minor repairs to equipment, building and grounds
- Prepare and submit required reports using approved projection, cash control and security measures
- Recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and terminate staff
