Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
  • Engage with customers personally and resolve issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience
  • Strategically schedule staff, coach the management team on standards, and lead product rollout meetings
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
