Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Proven ability to drive performance improvements through P&L analysis
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs

Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
- Engage with customers personally and resolve issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience
- Strategically schedule staff, coach the management team on standards, and lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
