Located in New Orleans, LA, this KFC/Taco Bell co-branded location is seeking a passionate and committed Restaurant General Manager to lead its team to success. As the General Manager, you will be the number one leader for this store, taking full ownership of its success metrics and leading a diverse group of team members. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience marked by friendly interactions, a clean environment, and fresh, high-quality food. You will be responsible for growing and mentoring your team, developing new employees through onboarding and ongoing training programs. Communication plays a key role, as you will need to keep your team informed on goals, promotions, and business updates, creating an engaging and collaborative work atmosphere.

The Restaurant General Manager will work closely with other managers and area leaders to drive business growth and improve operational standards. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

  • Have 3 to 5 years of management experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience leading a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Own the restaurant's success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals
  • Lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor team members through training, development, and onboarding
  • Communicate team goals, upcoming promotions, and business updates effectively
  • Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
  • Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
  • Manage daily operations ensuring adherence to high standards of customer service and food quality
