Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance while fostering a culture of equity and inclusion
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly maintaining a positive work environment
  • Engage personally with customers to swiftly resolve issues ensuring positive experiences
  • Strategically schedule staff and coach the management team on brand standards and product rollout
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed their standards including digital presence and loyalty programs
