Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place trash in outside bins
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

- College or university degree preferred
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- Be the leader who establishes the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality
- Oversee profit and loss management, cash control and security procedures, inventory, and labor
- Recruit, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads
- conduct new-hire orientation
- develop training plans for each new hire
- Maintain a friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Oversee a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
- Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
- Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
- Make quick and appropriate decisions when needed
- Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
- Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
- Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled - on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks - and provide appropriate notice when unable to work
- Understand and use the approved time-keeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked
- Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
- Actively participate in training Team Members
- Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest
